Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Tramento handles information when you use the website, complete the prop firm matching quiz, or follow links to prop firms.
Tramento does not currently require users to create an account in order to use the comparison platform or quiz.
Quiz information
The Tramento quiz uses information you select, such as trading market, budget, account size, experience, country, trading style, and trading requirements, to determine eligibility and produce prop firm recommendations.
These selections are used to operate the matching experience. The click tracking system described below records certain information when you choose to continue to a prop firm's website.
Affiliate click tracking
When you follow certain links from Tramento to a prop firm, the platform may create a unique click identifier so that the visit can be attributed correctly.
Click records may include information such as the prop firm, selected market, selected account size, a unique click ID, and the time of the click.
If Tramento later receives conversion information from a partner, that conversion may be linked back to the relevant click ID for attribution and analytics purposes.
Website analytics
Tramento uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand general website usage, including measurements such as visits and page views. This helps us understand how the website is being used and improve the product.
Service providers
Tramento uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate the service. These currently include Vercel for website hosting and analytics, and Supabase for database and backend infrastructure.
Why information is used
Information handled through Tramento may be used to operate the matching system, maintain the website, measure website usage, attribute affiliate clicks and conversions, understand product performance, and protect the reliability of the service.
Third-party websites
Tramento links to external prop firm websites. Once you leave Tramento, the privacy practices and data handling of that third-party website are governed by that firm's own policies. Tramento does not control those external websites.
Data retention
Operational and attribution records may be retained where reasonably necessary to operate Tramento, measure performance, investigate technical issues, maintain accurate attribution, or meet applicable business and legal requirements.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights regarding personal data, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about how personal data is handled.
Changes to this policy
Tramento may update this Privacy Policy as the platform develops, new features are introduced, or our data handling practices change. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
